ICA offers 4 major training programs-GMP, GLP, GSP, and a graduate school level study program for key personnel at select universities.

One of the programs that every employee participates in is the Annual Fire Fighting and Prevention Program. Here they learn new Fire Fighting practices and review the basics, like proper use of a fire extinguisher, how to connect a fire hose, controlling a high-pressure hose, and proper use of exits in the event of a fire. They are taught about the different types of fires they may encounter such as oil, chemical, or structural, and the best ways to extinguish each type.
