This party took place at the Soffitel Hotel and was hosted by our Second Deputy Director General, Mr. Hung. He    discussed the year-end report, saying that we achieved our goals in 2009 and were on target to enjoy a successful 2010. He thanked everyone for their cooperation.

Next, Dr. Duc and Mr. Shahjahan handed out award Certificates and cash gifts to outstanding employees in each department. In total, eighteen employees earned special awards, but every employee was praised for the fine job they do everyday. This was followed by a dance performance by the famous VDT Dancers, and then we enjoyed a few songs from both ICA and Ranbaxy employees.

We ate a delicious Five Star Buffet Dinner and then played some party games and had a song contest. Prizes were awarded and Ms. Nga from ICA’s QA Department won first prize, followed by Mr. Ngai, the Production Manager at Ranbaxy.

ICA wants it’s people to feel that we are one family, a family that spends five days a week living together and making products that help people live healthier and happier lives. This year end party was not only an opportunity to give an award to an employee who was working far above expectations, the party was a way for ICA to say “Thank You” to everyone in our family.
