On the basis of the Resolution of the Annual Shareholders Meeting held on July 18, 2009, the Board of Management of ICA Biotechnological & Pharmaceutical JSC announces the payment for 2008’s dividend as the following:

- Dividend rate for 2008: 30% (3.000 VND per share)

- Date to close the list of shareholders who will be receiving 2008’s dividend: 16:00 of June 30, 2009.

- Shareholders who own the share after June 30, 2009 do not have the right to receive 2008’s dividend.

- Time to receive 2008’s dividend: from October 01st , 2009.

- Procedure to receive 2008’s dividend:

• For receiving 2008’s dividend in cash, shareholders will be asked to show their original ID card or passport and their share certificate(s). In case the dividend is received by another person instead of the shareholder, a legal procurator endorsed by relevant authority must be required.

• In case shareholders request to receive 2008’s dividend by bank transfer, an application form for  dividend transfer must be filled out. To receive the application form, shareholders can contact the secretary of the Board of Management or access to the above-given company website. The original of the application form should be sent directly to the Shareholders Management Division of ICA or faxed to the company. ICA will only transfer the dividend to shareholders having the right to receive the dividend and under their exact name (Transfer fees will be born by shareholders).
